The Double X is a weapon in Monster Buster Club.
Description[]
The Double X is a laser-type weapon used by the Monster Buster Club. It is also referred to as the Laser Cannon. The weapon is capable of firing a powerful continuous blast of energy. It is also equipped with an optic sight to allow for better aiming at the target. It is an all-purpose weapon and can be adapted for most situations, but is ineffective against large, powerful enemies or heavy fortifications such as walls.
The Double X is one of four weapons that the Blaster can transform into, with the other three being the Sonar Blaster, the Vacu Vader and the Alien Flasher.
Variants[]
An early version of the Double X can be seen in the episode Statue of Limitations, where it was stored in a secret room used by the MBC centuries ago. It has the same basic design as the modern version, but is made of wood and interestingly, is powered by elastic bands.
